Our engineers and project manager will visit your company to ascertain your requirements for now and your growth plans for the future. We will use this information to calculate the expected IT costs for the next 5 years and will present our proposal to support that.
Costs generally come out at around £0.40 per employee per hour to include everything (full list is shown in the lower section of this page under “Services Included”).
As new employees join the company, we simply add another per-user charge onto your agreement and on their first day we provide their computer, software, email, licences and telephone (if purchased). When employees leave, they are simply removed from your agreement.
In terms of scalability, xCover Total works across networks from <20 computers to over 500 computers. For most sizes of company, the solution works well, decreasing the burden on in-house staff and providing predictable budgets to upper-management.
